  • Personal Check: We will ship when the check clears

Custom Orders:

We will notify you with an approximate ship date on custom orders. Please be patient as these items are made just for you.

Out of Stock and Backorders

We will do our best to fill your order promptly, usually within 5 days, your purchases will be on their way to you. If you order an item that is out of stock you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

You will also be notified by email when an item is backordered and how long it will take you to receive.

UPS Ground: Standard Delivery
(applies to gifts and accessories) Usually shipped out on the same day or next business day. Shipping will take 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday, do not count weekends). For all other shipping options call (845) 657-9792.

At Moose Crossing we will process your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery charges include processing, packaging and shipping costs. We will notify you by email if an item is not available for shipping and you will not be charged until your item has been shipped.

*When shipping to more than one address please place separate orders.


Furniture Shipping Services:

Common Carrier: Your Furniture will be shipped from us or our craftsmen to your driveway. The carrier will call you to arrange a delivery time. It is your responsibility to move the furniture from the truck to inside your home. If you miss the arranged delivery time, there will be a delay in your delivery as well as additional charges. If your home is too remote for the delivery truck, you may be required to meet the truck at the closest point he can reach. They will discuss this when they call to make arrangement to deliver.

*Please measure all your doorways that the furniture must go through. 36" or larger is perfect.  If you have any questions please call us at (845) 657- 9792.

Shipping outside the United States of America:

We do not ship outside of the USA at this time. If you have any questions call us at (845) 657-9792.


Freight Damage:

Gifts and accessories: Any damages to lamps, gifts and accessories must be reported to us within seven days of receipt.  All original packaging  must be kept for UPS inspection. Please call us at (845) 657-9792  for further instructions.

Furniture: All furniture must be inspected prior to signing the bill of lading. The delivery driver is required to wait for you to complete your inspection. Any damages must be pointed out to the driver, and noted on the freight bill. This is very important! Any damages not noted on the freight bill will be assumed as damages that occurred after delivery (i.e. when brought in the house) and not covered by our freight insurance. If you see freight damage on your furniture the best thing to do is stop, and immediately call us for instruction (845) 657- 9792. If the damage is bad, we may instruct you to refuse the shipment.


Returning Goods:

Gifts and accessories: Only returned items authorized by us will be accepted. Returned items must be accompanied by the original paperwork and will not be accepted unless received in resalable condition within 14 days of shipment. Refund will be applied within 14 days to an authorized returned item minus any shipping and handling charges, plus a 15% restock fee.

Use the following procedure for returns;

To return item contact Moose Crossing for approval within 14 days of original ship date. Once approved, please make a copy of the receipt that was included with your original package - on this receipt write your reason for return, the authorization code we will provide you and anything you'd like us to know. Send the item and the receipt copy to us at the address on the bottom of this page.

Please indicate whether you prefer an exchange or refund. If you are exchanging let us know what you would like by writing the name, color, size and quantity.

If the shipping address will be different than the original address please include the new one.

Place the receipt and item into a secure packing carton. We are not responsible for lost items so please insure your package if you have any concerns. Freight must be pre-paid, we do not accept C.O.D.'s.

Furniture: Since the furniture is custom made for you, returns are restricted to damages in transit.
